DESIGN, PRODUCT, FIXTURE + FURNISHING DETAILS:

  • Custom Design Pattern Table, hand cut, structured and formed by our Dominican carpenter team in the Bronx

  • Black stained exposed plywood edges that both highlight and subdue that materials lamination pattern

  • Hand welded steel mullion windows with four textures of specialty glass to create visual movement and separation between spaces, using the same anthropomorphic framing as used for shelving units throughout ("equipment" for utility)

  • 4' deep of exterior brick wall cut through and removed, to install a 3’ x 4’ fenestration penetration for a windowed Technical Design Room

  • Custom cut and installed aluminum black sealed double height racks

  • Emtek custom hardware in brass and blackened steel for pocket doors
